Shannon Carson is a seasoned procurement professional currently serving as a Procurement Supervisor at Energy Northwest since October 2025. Prior to this role, Shannon accumulated over 24 years of experience at Lamb Weston, where positions included Senior Procurement Manager for Ingredients & Commodities, Procurement Manager for Ingredients, and Project Manager, as well as Sr. Procurement Specialist focused on Commodity Risk.
