Chad Nguyen

Chad Nguyen is a project manager specializing in project controls at Energy Transfer, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Nguyen served as the regional scheduling manager at CRB from October 2020 to September 2023, leading a team of six in managing a diverse range of Life Sciences and Food & Beverage projects valued between $5 million and $300 million. Throughout a career that includes roles at Turner & Townsend and Shell, Nguyen has demonstrated expertise in cost management, project scheduling, and data analysis, utilizing tools such as Primavera P6 and Power BI to optimize project execution and reporting efficiency. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston, earned in 2018.
