Shafique Barabhuiya is a seasoned finance transformation professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Finance Transformation Director at EnerMech and as Founder and CEO of PE Transformation Partners, Shafique specializes in enabling CFOs of private equity-owned companies to scale and grow through cloud technologies. Prior roles include Finance Transformation Lead at Ocado Retail, overseeing a financial integration program with M&S, and Transformation Director at MiQ, where Shafique led a back-office transformation initiative. Additionally, Shafique provided consulting services to Virgin Media O2, coaching a newly-installed Transformation Director.
