Noah Popp

Noah Popp is currently the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Enerpac Tool Group Corp. They previously served as Vice President and Regional General Counsel for the Americas at JBT Marel from 2014 to 2025, and held roles such as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at TMK IPSCO from 2008 to 2013, as well as Senior Counsel at Reyes Holdings from 2004 to 2008. Earlier in their career, Noah was an Associate at Sidley Austin from 1999 to 2003 and the Chief Counsel for Foodservice & Corporate and Business Services at Kraft Foods Group from 2013 to 2014. Noah earned a J.D. and a Bachelor of Science in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
