VP Of Customer Success at Enfuce

Nick Turner has extensive work experience, starting in 2011 when they worked as an Operations Coordinator at The AIRSCREEN Company until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Risk Control Analyst at Amazon UK. In 2015, they joined Urban Entertainment Dubai as a Director of Operations, leading the establishment of the Middle Eastern division of the company. In 2016, they moved to GoCardless and held the roles of Customer Onboarding Manager and later became the Global Head of Customer Onboarding until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Checkout.com, responsible for leading the company's customer charge in EMEA and the US. In 2021, they joined Thirdfort Limited as the Head of Customer Success until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Customer Success at Enfuce.

Nick Turner attended FH Münster from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Business Programme. Nick also attended the University of Portsmouth during the same time period, earning another Bachelor of Arts degree in European Business Programme.
