Altagracia Delgado

Altagracia Delgado currently serves as the Director of Texas Initiatives at the English Learners Success Forum, a position held since March 2025. Additionally, Altagracia Delgado is an Advisory Member for the Women in Leadership Program at Houston Christian University and serves on the Advisory Board for Assessment for Good. Altagracia Delgado holds the role of Secretary/Bilingual ESL Representative with the Texas Association for Bilingual Education, where an election to the Board has taken place. Previously, Altagracia Delgado was the Executive Director of Multilingual Services at Aldine ISD from June 2020 to June 2025, and served as Director of Language Acquisition and Early Childhood at Brazosport Independent School District from July 2016 to June 2020. Altagracia Delgado's earlier career includes roles as an Instructional Specialist at Pasadena Independent School District and various positions at Houston ISD, including Interim Principal and Bilingual Teacher. Educational achievements include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
