Erika Ciarmela

Erika Ciarmela serves as the Head of Renewables Planning & Control & Investment Evaluation at Plenitude since July 2021, following a similar role at Eni where employment began in June 2009. With a robust background in planning and control processes, Erika has played a pivotal role in developing business control models and evaluating investment projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budgetary requirements. Previous positions include CFRO Support Functions Planning and Control and Contract Manager, where cost analysis and efficiency initiatives were prioritized, and Planning and Control Manager, focusing on cost allocation and service agreement standardization. Education includes a Master’s degree from MEDEA and a laurea in Scienze statistiche ed economiche from Sapienza Università di Roma.
