Mari Bahchedzhiyan

Mari Bahchedzhiyan has extensive experience in global reward initiatives and benefits, currently serving as Head of Global Reward Initiatives and Benefits at Eni since March 2014, with previous roles including Global Reward Team Leader and Senior Advisor. Prior to Eni, Mari worked as a Staff Development Intern at the United Nations, focusing on E-Learning and human resource management. Additionally, Mari volunteered as an Academic Support Volunteer at IntoUniversity and gained management experience as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's Corporation. Mari holds a Master of Science in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Middlesex University.
