Tejas Tharkude

Tejay Tharkude is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Value Stream Manager at Enovate Medical since September 2018, Tejay oversees day-to-day activities related to safety, quality, and productivity, while driving employee engagement. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineer and Electromechanical Engineer at Resolution Labs, where responsibilities encompassed production optimization and quality control for laboratory equipment. Tejay's academic background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
