Fenghua Liu

Fenghua Liu is a seasoned communication system engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Principal Communication System Engineer at Enphase Energy since May 2010, Fenghua Liu specializes in power line communication system design and has expertise in Matlab and Verilog RTL for GMSK modulation and demodulation. Prior to this role, Fenghua Liu was a Senior System Engineer at Rohde & Schwarz, where the development of a frame and frequency synchronization algorithm for LTE downlink receivers was a key contribution. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal System Engineer at Jaalaa and as Communication System Specialist at Nokia Mobile Phones, focusing on CDMA modem design and standard development. Fenghua Liu holds a PhD in Engineering Science from Simon Fraser University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
