Brian Puente is an experienced multimedia producer and customer success specialist, currently serving as an Associate Multimedia Producer and Webinar and Training Specialist at Ensora Health since March 2023. Prior to this, Brian was a Customer Success Specialist at Astropad, where contributions included revising knowledge bases and creating educational content, as well as a Technical Support Representative providing industry-leading support and developing troubleshooting guides. Brian has also held various roles at the University of Arizona, Adobe, Apple, PXHealth, and P.I.P.G., showcasing a strong background in digital video production, customer training, marketing, and technical support. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Collins College, along with multiple Associate's Degrees from Mesa Community College in diverse fields such as Music Business and General Studies.
