Elina Koski

Elina Koski is an HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Ensto since November 2020, Elina's role encompasses overseeing HR functions for Finland while also aligning the global HR strategy for the Underground Networks business area. Prior to Ensto, Elina worked with Eaton from September 2008 to November 2020, holding several HR managerial positions across Glasgow and Dublin, where responsibilities included supporting global Finance Services and facilitating HR strategies for the ESS division. Elina's career began at Citec Group as an Assistant, and academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Helsinki and a Master's degree in Adult Education from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
