Andrew Sutor is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Audacy. Audacy is a scaled, multi-platform audio content and entertainment company with a leadership position in virtually every segment of the dynamic and growing audio business—including broadcasting, podcasting, digital, network, live events, music, sports and news. Audacy is also the #1 creator of original, premium audio content, engaging over 170 million consumers each month.

In this role, Sutor oversees legal and business affairs including acquisitions, corporate compliance and government relations. Sutor also has oversight of Technical Operations, Corporate Communications and Human Resources within the company.

Sutor joined Audacy (then Entercom) in 2002 as the Vice President and Corporate Counsel and was elevated to his current role as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel in 2017. He began his career as an associate in the Business Law Department of Saul Ewing, LLP, a mid-Atlantic law firm based in Philadelphia, PA.

Sutor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from the University of Pennsylvania. Sutor also earned a Juris Doctor from Villanova University, where he was the managing editor of research for the Villanova Law Review.
