Jane Montvilas, MBA, CCP, GRP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as Sr Director of Total Rewards at Enverus since June 2022, Jane previously held the role of Director of Total Rewards at Oil-Dri Corporation of America, where compensation programs for approximately 1,000 employees across over 10 countries were strategically managed.
