Ron Santos

Ron Santos has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Ron is currently the Director of Workforce Analytics at Environmental Construction Group, Inc. Ron previously worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at Oasis and as a Sales Executive - Benefits Broker at SULLIVAN CURTIS MONROE INSURANCE SVC. Before that, they were an Insurance Sales Consultant at Emplicity Inc. Ron also has experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant/Account Executive at Combined Benefits, Inc., as a Business Development Consultant at Colony-West Business Risk Solutions, and in an Implementation role at ADP TotalSource. Ron began their career as a Senior Contract Administrator at ADP Dealer Services International.

Ron Santos has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2023. Ron also holds an AA degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from Cerritos College and a BS degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Ron has additional certifications in Life, Accident, & Health insurance and Property & Casualty insurance from the Department of Insurance.
