Chan Chuang

Chan Chuang, Envision Healthcare Chief Medical Officer, is an experienced clinical leader and physician. Dr. Chuang previously served as the Chief Clinical Officer for OptumCare and DaVita Medical Group. He held several leadership positions within the organization, including Chief Medical Officer of HealthCare Partners, California. Dr. Chuang also served as Chief of the Department of Medicine and Member of the Medical Executive Committee at Torrance Memorial Medical Center in California. Dr. Chuang is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and critical care. He earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego and completed his residency, chief residency and fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
