Doug Smith

Doug Smith, M.D., serves as the President of Envision Physician Services. Dr. Smith previously served as President of the company’s emergency medicine, hospitalist and critical care service lines. He became part of the organization in 2015 when his group, Scottsdale Emergency Associates, joined Envision Healthcare. Dr. Smith is board certified in emergency medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. His experience ranges from staff physician to human resources director to clinical leadership.
