Arkadiy Dobkin

Arkadiy Dobkin is the Chairman of the Board at EPAM, a global provider of software engineering and digital strategy consulting services. Arkadiy has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning software development, project management, consulting, and executive leadership.

Arkadiy began their career as a programmer analyst at Prudential Financial in 1992. Arkadiy quickly transitioned into management and consulting, first at Colgate Palmolive and then at SAP Labs. In 1998, they co-founded EPAM Systems, where they have served as CEO for over 20 years. Under Arkadiy's leadership, EPAM has become a leading global provider of product development and software engineering solutions, with over 25,000 employees in more than 30 countries.

Arkadiy Dobkin has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University.
