Software engineering firm EPAM Systems, Inc. has launched a new Industry Advisory Board with three founding members. Dr. Mark Boxer, Norm Judah, and Andy Walter will form the board, responsible for providing business and partner perspectives to help customers to achieve their digital transformation goals.

Dr. Boxer has more than a quarter of a century of healthcare technology, analytics and digital leadership experience. He is a global authority on innovation and technology, and a former EVP, CIO, and Chief Digital Officer at Cigna. Dr. Boxer will lend significant expertise in the fields of CPG, retail, insurance, healthcare, life sciences and cloud.
Mr. Judah is a well recognized keynote speaker, evangelist, strategy and leadership advisor. He served as a Microsoft executive for 28 years, rising to the position of Microsoft Enterprise CTO, and helped to develop and implement global technology strategies. He will bring a particular strength in Microsoft cloud transformation to his position on the EPAM board.
Mr. Walter comes to EPAM Systems with more than 20 years of advisory experience at board level. He is the CEO of management consulting firm AJW Advisory LLC, and acts as a coach to a wide range of C-Suite executives in fields of technology, analytics and digital transformation. In his role, he will focus on areas of strategy, executive communications, strategic partnership models, execution and brand/company equity development in the CPG industry.
