Mansi Shah

Mansi Shah is a User Experience Researcher with a wealth of expertise in UX research methodologies. Currently serving as User Experience Researcher 2 at Epsilon since June 2021, Mansi leads research initiatives for the PeopleCloud products, focusing on understanding user needs through strategic and tactical research. Previous roles include User Experience Researcher I and UX Research Associate at Dare Association, Inc., where Mansi conducted significant qualitative and quantitative research guided by Dr. Michael Commons. Additional experience encompasses a UX Researcher position at Core Complexity Assessments, where Mansi contributed to website redesign projects, and a Research Assistant role at Pace University, centered on the effects of virtual reality on decision-making. Mansi's early career includes a UX Research Intern position at Volkswagen India, contributing insights on urban mobility for disabled drivers. Mansi's educational background includes a Master's in Experimental and Cognitive Psychology from Long Island University, along with degrees in Clinical Psychology, Special Education, and Psychology.
