Diksha Singh

Diksha Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical support. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Eptura since July 2021, Diksha also contributes to Condeco as a Service Desk Analyst since December 2016, where responsibilities include system failure analysis, production server health checks, and troubleshooting software faults. Previous roles include Senior Technical Consultant and Application Operations Engineer, as well as Application Support Engineer at Infosys Private Ltd. from July 2014 to December 2016. Diksha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from United College of Engineering and Research, Greater Noida, completed in 2014, and completed primary and secondary education at St. John's School, Siddiqpur, Jaunpur, in 2010.
