Filip Arvola

Filip Arvola is an experienced professional in sustainability, currently serving as Associate Director of Sustainability at EQT Group since February 2022, focusing on sustainability data and performance. Prior to this, Filip Arvola worked at EY from November 2016 to February 2022, holding various roles including Sustainability Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant within EY's Climate Change & Sustainability Services, as well as interim Head of CCaSS Sweden. Earlier experience includes a position as Customer Coordinator at Swedavia AB in 2015. Filip Arvola holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Energy Engineering, both from Linköping University.
