Molly Moore

Molly Moore is an advisor at Equideum Health. Molly has also worked as an advisor at Amino, and as co-founder and chief health plan officer at Decent. At Decent, they were responsible for designing blockchain technology protocols with an aim to drive down administrative costs with the goal of affordable healthcare for all. Molly also raised $18M in two funding rounds and was a board member. Prior to that, they were the director of health plan performance and strategy at SEIU 775 Benefits Group, where they delivered health insurance and health program strategy to 20,000 members of the SEIU 775 union of Home Care Workers. Molly was also on the founding team and assistant director at Cambia Grove, and worked in portfolio business development for the venture arm of Cambia (now Echo Health Ventures).

Molly Moore has an MBA from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, with a focus in business administration and management. Molly also has a certificate in health care economics from Harvard Business School Online. In addition, they are certified by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and by the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC) as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). Molly also has a Lean Green Belt certification.
