Molly Moore is an advisor at Equideum Health. Molly has also worked as an advisor at Amino, and as co-founder and chief health plan officer at Decent. At Decent, they were responsible for designing blockchain technology protocols with an aim to drive down administrative costs with the goal of affordable healthcare for all. Molly also raised $18M in two funding rounds and was a board member. Prior to that, they were the director of health plan performance and strategy at SEIU 775 Benefits Group, where they delivered health insurance and health program strategy to 20,000 members of the SEIU 775 union of Home Care Workers.
