Leonna Sanderson

Leonna Sanderson is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience leading post-sales support and customer service functions. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Equifax since February 2018, Leonna oversees various operational areas, including customer onboarding, implementation, and services across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this role, Leonna held positions at Medibank as Operational Excellence Director and Head of Customer Service, where notable improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS) were achieved. Leonna's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Latitude Financial Services and GE Capital, focusing on operations and customer support, with a proven track record in managing large teams and driving strategic initiatives. Leonna holds a BA Hons degree in Politics and History from the University of the West of England.
