Paola Chaves

Paola Chaves is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Equifax since November 2024. Previously, Paola held the position of Mid Java Developer at EX2 Outcoding from November 2021 to November 2024, and worked as a Software Development Analyst at NTT DATA Services between March 2021 and November 2021. Earlier in their career, Paola was an Associate Software Engineer at Neustar, Inc. from January 2018 to March 2021, and an instructor at TIC-AS, where Paola focused on engaging more women in technology through teaching. Additionally, Paola contributed to a mobile application community as a member, implementing creative UI ideas and developing concepts for Android applications. Paola holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and completed a course in Conversational English for the Commercial Sector at Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje in 2012.
