MacEy Majkrzak

Macey Majkrzak currently serves as the Director of Technology Program Management at Equinix since September 2025. Prior to this role, Macey was the Chief of Staff to the CTO and Staff Technical Program Manager at Chime from December 2023 to September 2025. Macey's experience also includes a significant tenure at DigitalOcean from June 2018 to December 2023 as the Product Operations Director and Environmental Steward, where notable achievements included leading strategic initiatives worth $245 million and generating substantial product revenue growth. Previous positions also include Senior Manager of Technical Program Management at Signal™, where Macey established a project management organization and launched significant product features, and Senior Product Manager roles at Avant and Groupon, focusing on portfolio expansion and revenue growth. Macey began a career in computer forensics and electronic discovery at Huron Consulting Group after obtaining dual degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
