The executive team at Equinor has a wide range of experience in the oil and gas industry, as well as in human resources and sustainable development. The team members have worked for various companies, including Statoil, ExxonMobil, and BP, and have also been involved with organizations such as the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and The Power of Nutrition. In terms of education, the team members have degrees from institutions such as the Royal Norwegian Air Force and the University of Cambridge.
