Kirsten Hale

Kirsten Hale serves as the Regional Vice President at Equitable since June 2017, holding various roles including Registered Representative and agent for Equitable Distributors and Equitable Financial. Previous experience includes positions as Regional Business Consultant, Senior Internal Wholesaler, and Internal Wholesaler at the University of Delaware, where Kirsten was also a Division I student-athlete on the Women's Lacrosse Team, earning CAA-All Academic honors and making the Dean's List in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. Additionally, an internship at AXA focused on operations management and annuity sales provided training in regulatory compliance and advanced sales techniques. Kirsten Hale earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware in 2017.
