Susan Woodard

Susan Woodard is the CEO of EquityBee Securities and the Chief Compliance Officer at EquityBee. Susan has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on compliance.

Susan began their career in 2000 as a financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors. In 2001, they became a compliance analyst with Investors Capital Corporation. Susan then spent four years as the Senior Compliance Advisor with Commonwealth Financial Network.

In 2007, Susan joined BlackRock as Vice President. Susan spent six years with BlackRock before moving to RS Investments in 2013, where they served as Chief Compliance Officer for three years.

In 2016, Susan joined Victory Capital as Chief Compliance Officer for their Broker/Dealer division. Susan left Victory Capital in 2019 to join EQIS Capital Management as Chief Compliance Officer. Susan left EQIS in August of 2019 to assume their current role at EquityBee.

Susan Woodard's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College in Mathematics and Economics.
