Oliver Mottershead

Oliver Mottershead serves as the European Managing Director at ERBESSD-INSTRUMENTS since December 2019, focusing on the development of the distributor network in Europe and enhancing technical and commercial support for machine monitoring products. Concurrently, Oliver is the CBM Technical Manager at CBM Partners, dedicated to optimizing reliability and productivity through condition monitoring and lubrication services. Previous experience includes roles at AVT Reliability, where Oliver advanced from Trainee CBM Technician to Team Leader positions, managing key accounts and providing consultancy in machine reliability and condition-based maintenance. Oliver holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from South Gloucestershire and Stroud and a B.A. hons in Photography from the University of Northampton.
