Ronald Silva

Ronald Silva is a highly experienced anesthesiologist currently working at Anaesthesia and Intensive Care since January 2016, with a background in medical education as an educator for the ERC European Resuscitation Council since November 2012. Silva serves as a Senior Instructor and Course Director for various advanced life support courses, also holding the position of ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia instructor at Clube Anestesia Regional, CAR/ESRA Portugal since November 2014. Silva previously held the role of Secretary General of CAR ESRA Portugal from April 2021 to March 2024 and was a Difficult Airway instructor at Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Ocidental from January 2011 to January 2023, focusing on fiberoptic intubation techniques. Ronald Silva earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Faculdade de Medicina de Lisboa from 2003 to 2009.
