Lisa Nied

Lisa joined Ergotron in 2015 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2018. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Ergotron’s global manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, distribution, safety and quality. She has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management.

With a strong passion for driving operation improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost, Lisa previously served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Donaldson Company Inc., a leading worldwide provider of filtration systems and replacement parts.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management and Master of Business Administration degree in global business from Upper Iowa University. She also holds a post-graduate certificate in corporate financial management. Lisa lives in Prior Lake, Minnesota with her husband Paul. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and sports.
