Sashieka Seneviratne

Sashieka Seneviratne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable technologies and radio hardware design, currently serving as Director of Sustainable Technologies at Ericsson since November 2009. In this role, Sashieka defines strategies for RAN energy efficiency and sustainable technical solutions while engaging stakeholders across North America. Previous positions at Ericsson included Director of RAN Solutions, Manager of Radio Digital Design, and various leadership roles in Power Amplifier Design, overseeing significant teams and projects. Sashieka has a strong educational background, holding a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, and is currently pursuing a certificate at Harvard Business School. Additionally, Sashieka served as Board Co-Chair for Light The Night campaign 2022 with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
