Esteban Rodriguez, MPA, is a trauma-informed nonprofit professional with nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, community advocacy, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Programs at Erie Neighborhood House, Esteban provides strategic oversight and leadership across various initiatives aimed at improving the lives of diverse communities. Prior roles include Executive Director at Corazon Community Services and Director of Community Schools and Youth at Northwest Side Housing Center, where Esteban focused on program development, financial management, and community engagement.
