Michael A. Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and project management within the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant Epic Systems Instructional Designer for Procedural Orders at Erlanger Health System since October 2017, Michael has previously held similar consulting roles at Hartford HealthCare, PinnacleHealth System, and WellStar Health System. Michael's background includes a strong emphasis on Epic software training, having served as a Certified EPIC Instructional Designer at University Health Care System. Prior to this, Michael accumulated significant experience at Brown Brothers Harriman, where responsibilities included project management and operations, ultimately achieving recognition for the on-time delivery of numerous projects. Michael began a career in sales at American Express, establishing strategic client relationships. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College.
