Albert Howard

Albert Howard is an experienced information technology professional with a focus on PeopleSoft system administration and technical architecture. Currently serving as a PeopleSoft System Administrator at ERPA since August 2019, Albert specializes in solutions architecture and cloud migration for PeopleSoft applications. Prior to this role, Albert spent over 27 years at CIBER as a PeopleSoft Technical Architect/System Administrator, managing a team and overseeing the maintenance of hosted environments. Albert's career began in the military, serving in the United States Air Force and the Air Force Reserve in various capacities. Additionally, Albert has a background in programming and analysis, having worked as a Programmer/Analyst for the County of Kings and a Computer Programmer for the USAF. Albert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento.
