About

The board of directors at Erste Group has a long and varied history, with many members coming from different backgrounds and fields. Some previous experiences of the board members include working as a Senior Vice President, CFO and COO at EBRD, being a Governor at National Bank of Hungary, being the Chairman and Office Managing Partner at Deloitte Hungary, and being the Chairman of the Managing Board at CA-IB Investment Bank, Austria. Additionally, some members have worked as a Deputy Secretary General at Austrian Federal Economic Chamber - Wirtschaftskammer Österreich, as a Chief Policy Advisor at European Parliament, MEP Othmar Karas, or as a Project Manager at Katzenstern KG. In terms of education, the board members have attended universities such as Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem, College of Europe, and Melbourne Business School.
