Trini Sempere

Trini Sempere is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as a Soft Skills Trainer at Escuela de Organización Industrial since June 2023, Trini also holds the position of Patrono at Colegio Mayor Universitario La Asunción de Nuestra Señora and is a co-founder of Promociones y Distribuciones Semblanq, specializing in real estate construction and rental since 1987. Additionally, Trini is actively involved in EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s as a speaker and member, promoting gender equality in executive roles. Trini's previous roles include various leadership positions at Maderas y Chapas Blanquer and co-founding Oriental World. Trini holds a Licenciatura in Commercial Management and Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School and completed the Programa de Desarrollo Directivos at IESE Business School.
