Software company ESI Group has promoted Mike Salari to the newly-created position of Corporate Chief Operating Officer, Revenue Generation. Reporting to Group CEO Cristel de Rouvray, Mr. Salari will develop and implement a sustainable growth plan for the newly formed Revenue Generation division, focusing on customer-centric business execution.

Mr. Salari has been with ESI Group since 2008, when it acquired the engineering services company Mindware, which he founded. He has held a number of different roles with the company, most recently serving as EVP of Engineering Services.
