Isha Dhakad is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at ESP Softtech PVT LTD since July 2025, Isha previously held positions as an HR Executive at Codezilla from January 2024 to April 2025, and as an Executive in the Human Empowerment Group at Intellicus Technologies from May 2023 to September 2023. Prior experience includes being an HR Recruiter and HR Trainee at Codiant - A YASH Technologies Company, and an Assistant Manager of Recruitment at MacroHire. Isha began career as a Talent Acquisition Intern, showcasing strong skills in job requirement analysis and job description preparation.
