Neeraj Arora

Neeraj Arora serves as the Senior VP and Head of Business for North America at Espire Infolabs since July 2025, focusing on digital experience, customer communications management, and advanced technology services. Prior to this role, Neeraj was the Growth Leader in the Travel & Hospitality sector at WNS from April 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included delivering data-driven business solutions through analytics and AI. Neeraj's experience also includes leadership positions at Coforge, where contributions involved managing portfolios in travel, transportation, and logistics; Zensar Technologies as Senior Director for retail and wholesale distribution; and HCL Technologies as Sr. Manager for enterprise applications. Neeraj holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bottega University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology & Management from the All India Management Association.
