Jessica McCall

Jessica McCall is an experienced professional in accessibility project management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Accessibility Project Manager at Esri since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing strategic planning and leading accessibility audits. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Director of Operations and Marketing at Brockwell IT Consulting from October 2010 to June 2019, overseeing marketing strategies, business operations, and account management. Earlier in the career, Jessica gained retail management experience at Crate and Barrel from 2001 to 2009, achieving significant sales targets and managing store operations. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, and Management from Texas A&M University.
