Summer S. Howard, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished Program Manager and Sr. Project Manager at Esri, leading innovative geospatial technology projects within the commercial natural resources sector since July 2025. With extensive experience in project management across various industries, Summer's previous roles include managing enterprise-wide projects at Empower, overseeing the migration of SharePoint sites, automating operations at Ciox Health, and directing cross-disciplinary teams at Tetra Tech. An expert in urban and environmental planning, Summer has contributed to significant projects in both public and private sectors, recognized for enhancing efficiencies and driving customer-focused strategies. Summer holds a Master's degree in Urban Design & Planning from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and GIS from Texas State University.
