Dr Erika Payne

Dr. Erika Payne is currently the Deputy Principal Educational Psychologist at Essex County Council, with a focus on SEMH and autism. They also serve as a Regional Educational Psychologist for the Cavendish Education Group, working across specialist provisions. Previously, Dr. Payne was an Educational Psychologist at Cambridgeshire County Council and a Trainee Educational Psychologist at the UCL Institute of Education, where they earned a Doctorate in Educational, Child, and Adolescent Psychology. Their teaching experience includes roles at the Prague British School and Brooklyn Prospect Charter School, among others. Dr. Payne holds multiple degrees, including master's degrees in Sociology and Secondary Education from Universität Salzburg and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Derby Online Learning.
