Filippo previously held key leadership roles at Luxottica, including Head of Retail for EMEA, Greater China, and India, and has also managed operations for prestigious companies like ROLEX and Ermenegildo Zegna. They hold a Master's degree in E-business Management from ISTUD and began their career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture.
