Lisa Hageman

Lisa Hageman serves as the EVP, General Counsel for North America at EssilorLuxottica since October 2025. Prior to this role, Lisa was a Governing Board Member at Pronghorn, which supports the development of future leaders in the Spirits industry, from May 2021 to October 2025. Lisa's extensive legal experience includes serving as EVP & General Counsel for Diageo North America from February 2010 to October 2025, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing legal operations in a highly regulated sector as well as leading North American strategic transactions and global M&A functions. Previously, Lisa held various positions at Diageo, including VP & Assistant General Counsel in Global M&A. Additional experience includes advisory board membership at Distill Ventures, and roles at Proskauer Rose LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, focusing on M&A, corporate finance, and regulatory issues. Lisa began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for Justice Randy Holland at the Delaware Supreme Court after earning a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
