Craig Shand

Craig Shand currently serves as the Executive Director and Global HR Business Partner for Supply Chain at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since June 2014. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Adjunct Faculty at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from January 2023 to March 2024. Craig's experience also includes serving as the Head of Global Talent Management and Business Partnership at ARI and a long tenure at Campbell Soup Company from August 1998 to February 2013, where various HR leadership roles were undertaken. Earlier in the career, Craig worked as a Staff Consultant at Ernst & Young. Craig holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Saint Joseph's University and a BS in International/Global Studies from Drexel University.
