eStruxture appoints Marie-Josée Lapierre SVP, General Counsel
Data center company eStruxture has announced the hiring of Marie-Josée Lapierre as its new Senior Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Lapierre has more than two decades of experience working in business law, and specializes in M&A, financing, commercial law and corporate governance. She most recently served as Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Secretary at Investissement Québec, and she was formerly Director of Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary at Yellow Pages. "We were very impressed with the depth of Marie-Josée's experience, having worn many hats throughout her legal career.
