Prior to this role, Didem held multiple positions at Procter & Gamble, culminating in the role of Director of Consumer and Market Knowledge for Pet Care across Europe, Asia, and the MEA region. Didem's strategic leadership has delivered significant results in optimizing marketing investments and guiding product development through consumer insights in prestigious brands such as Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana. Didem's career began at Procter & Gamble in 1999, where a progression of roles focused on the Baby Care category showcased ability in initiative management and consumer qualification. Didem's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
