Dorian Barja is the Vice President of Customer Engagements at ETI Software Solutions. Dorian has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and software industries.

Dorian began their career at Convergys Corporation in 1995, where they held multiple key roles over the next five years. In 2000, they left Convergys to join Digiquant as a Senior Project Manager. After one year at Digiquant, Dorian returned to Convergys, where they served as Senior Manager of Key Accounts from 2001 to 2009. In this role, Dorian was responsible for improving Production Support relationships between Convergys and several North American clients, creating new processes focused on enhancing the client experience, and assuming the lead in several large corporate initiatives aimed at increasing client satisfaction.

In 2009, Dorian left Convergys to join ETI Software Solutions as Vice President of Customer Engagements. In this role, Dorian is responsible for overseeing ETI’s customer engagement strategy and ensuring that ETI’s customers are satisfied with their ETI experience. Dorian has been instrumental in ETI’s success in recent years, and they continue to play a vital role in ETI’s growth and development.

Dorian Barja's educational career includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science from The University of Georgia.

Their manager is Pete Pifer, Chairman and Interim CEO. They are on a team with Tim Langley - Technical Support Director, Jeff Fraleigh - Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing, and David Tidd - Vice President, Engineering.
